Independent Zone Control Reduces Downtime
Independent Zone Control is a key feature of the IntelliTrak Overhead Conveyor System. With independent zone control, maintenance, modifications and upgrades can be performed on one section of the conveyor while all other sections continue to operate as normal.
“We’ve had no downtime because of the system…There’s been a motor we’ve had to replace, a couple of electronics parts here and there, but we’ve had replacements on hand, we’ve been able to change them out and keep running…
The beauty of the system is that it can always be added. The system is so modular that we can, at any point and time, say I want to put this on here and it can be installed while we’re actually in production."

Minimal Maintenance
By design, IntelliTrak conveyor systems have fewer wear parts, with minimal maintenance required. Highly-skilled technicians are not necessary, making what maintenance is required, less expensive. The following videos provide a brief overview of how easy it is to change out some of the wear parts.
Cleaner, Quieter, Safer Work Environment
IntelliTrak conveyor systems provide a more comfortable environment for your employees while being OSHA-compliant:
- Cleaner: No chains means little or no lubrication is required and less mess on the product OR the factory floor!
- Quieter: No chains means operational noise stays within OSHA Hearing Conservation standards.
- Safer: No chains mean fewer catch hazards. With In-line speed changes you can stop one section of the conveyor system, while the remaining sections continue to operate. Catch hazards, when they do occur, will not shut down the entire friction drive system.
