Press Release May 5, 2008 OCS IntelliTrak introduces two new products for handling 3000# &7000# loads. In 2001 we introduced the 500 Series IntelliTrak Overhead Conveyor System. This was a substantial improvement over the 100 Series because it increased our load carrying capacity to 500 pounds per trolley or 1000 pounds for a double trolley carrier assembly. This product opened several new markets, including automotive and heavier manufacturing applications. The 500 Series has been a huge success and we have systems that have been in full operation throughout North America for more than 5 years. However, there are many more new market opportunities that have gone untapped due to our 1000 pound/carrier limit. Our product development department went to work and designed two new products: the 1500 Series and the 3500 Series IntelliTrak Systems. The 1500 Series is capable of handling loads up to 3000 pounds on a double trolley carrier and the 3500 Series will handle up to 7000 pounds per double trolley carrier. Both new products have gone through rigorous testing programs and are now ready for release. Two systems are in our production schedule and several other orders are pending. You can see a live demonstration of the 3500 Series in Kansas City, MO. We have set up a test system for the purpose of showing potential customers actual loads being transported. Here is a reminder of some of the benefits of using the IntelliTrak (rotating tube friction drive conveyor) over the conventional systems (chain). IntelliTrak is clean, quiet, modular construction, capable of switches and transfers, requires minimal maintenance, can travel forward and reverse, provides in-line speed changes and is easy to install.
