How is IntelliTrak lower cost?
Being a bolt
together system, it cost much less to install our systems than standard chain
systems. Installed, ours typically cost about 30% less.
How is IntelliTrak lower maintenance?
Since our systems use a rotating tube instead of a chain to drive the
system, we eliminate the maintenance associate with chain - plus the fact
that all the moving components in our system are lubed for life makes our
system practically maintenance free.
How is IntelliTrak modular?
Our systems are bolted together instead of welded. This makes
installation and modification of our systems easy and quick.
How is IntelliTrak inherently safer?
Our trolleys are friction driven by the rotating tube. This allows the
trolleys to slip on the tube should the trolleys catch on something or
someone.
How is IntelliTrak cleaner?
Since our systems use a rotating tube instead of a chain to drive the
system, we eliminate the mess associate with chain. This gets rid of product
contamination associated with debris falling from chain systems.

How is IntelliTrak quieter?
Since our systems use a rotating tube instead of a chain to drive the
system, we eliminate the metal on metal noise caused by chain being drug
through the track and the clanking of dogs being engaged and disengaged.
Does IntelliTrak have capabilities
beyond conveyor manufacturing?
IntelliTrak is more than just Overhead Conveyors. Our
Engineering and Project Management capabilities allow us to provide complete
turnkey solutions incorporating IntelliTrak Overhead Conveyors along with
other third party equipment. Visit our Capabilities
section for additional information.
Does IntelliTrak participate in
tradeshows?
IntelliTrak
actively participates in industry trade shows in order to bring to the
marketplace the latest in our product offering. Contact our Technical Sales Group or visit the Tradeshows section of our website.
How does the IntelliTrak rotating
tube drive the trolleys?
The trolleys have
skewed drive wheels that when in contact with the rotating tube propels the
trolley forward. Reverse the rotation of the tube and you reverse the
direction the trolley moves.
How much weight can an IntelliTrak
100 Series trolley carry?
The 100 Series system has a capacity of 100 lbs. in single
trolley applications and 200 lbs. in dual trolley applications. The 100
Series system is ideal for parts picking, light to medium duty manufacturing
or assembly, and warehousing.

How much weight can an IntelliTrak
500 Series trolley carry?
The 500 Series
system has a capacity of up to 500 lbs. in single trolley applications and
1,000 lbs. in dual trolley applications. The 500 Series system will meet your
most demanding Overhead Conveyor needs.
What things can an IntelliTrak system do that prove
a challenge to traditional Power & Free?
This unique drive system of the 100 and 500 Series Systems allow for
