500 Series Load Rail

The Load Rail consists of a galvanized, formed steel rail (shipped in 12’ lengths). The load rail is mounted on hangers which are suspended from a grid system of structural OCS beams on approximately 6’ centers. The trolleys ride on the load rail while being propelled by the drive beam/drive tube assembly.

Note the use of rectangular clamp nuts in order to affix the load rail to the hanger assembly
