500 Series Drive Beam

The Drive Beam consists of an anodized, extruded aluminum main support rail (shipped in 12’ lengths). The drive beam is mounted on hangers that are suspended from a grid system of structural OCS beams on approximately 6’ centers. The drive tube is mounted to the drive beam via the bearing unit assemblies.

Note the use of self-threading screws used for attaching the drive beam to the hanger assembly.
