100 Series Trolley

The Trolley is the carrying mechanism for every 100 Series system. Each trolley contains four skewed Drive Wheels that ride on the Drive Tube. As the Drive Tube rotates, the trolley is propelled along the system. Each trolley also contains a fifth wheel which is located at the top of the trolley. This wheel is used to lift the drive wheels off of the drive tube during lane merges, drive breaks, and those instances where a trolley needs to be stopped without stopping the drive tube.

Heavy Duty (metal) and Standard Duty (plastic) trolleys are chosen based on factors such as application and environment.
